Lincoln — September 2001 to February 2002

Vehicles with a FR51 plate were first registered at the Lincoln DVLA office between September 2001 and February 2002. The three random letters at the end are unique to each vehicle — for example, FR51NLG or FR51ABC are individual registrations.
