Cardiff — September 2001 to February 2002

Vehicles with a CE51 plate were first registered at the Cardiff DVLA office between September 2001 and February 2002. The three random letters at the end are unique to each vehicle — for example, CE51NLG or CE51ABC are individual registrations.
